WHO WE ARE
Global Blockchain Finance Committee
GBFC (Global Blockchain Finance Committee) is an organization collaborating to establish smart city network in which global citizens coexist happily by supporting funds through blockchain technology-based finance.
GBFC was established by the resolutions and votes during the conference held by ISEA Foundation in Geneva for 3 consecutive days under the theme of “Blockchain Finance Implementation for Poverty Eradication and Metropolis Policies” in Spring, 2019.
The resolutions for GBFC establishment were made by the 20 final voters among 219 participants from a variety of fields and locations from 110 cities of 48 countries, governments, mayors, private sectors and so on.
“MobiDollar Project” – the major GBFC blockchain finance project – aims to advance global citizen society and establish smart city guaranteeing Survival Human Rights such as eradication of poverty and zero-poverty by evenly distributing Survival Money generated based on earth productivity value standard with blockchain technology.
SURVIVAL HUMAN RIGHTS
“Survival Human Right” is different from just ‘Human Rights’ and also different from ‘Survival Rights’. “Survival Human Right” is the very basic rights that should be guaranteed for human beings to survive. Its ideology is clearly derived from the articles mentioned about human’s survival rights on U.N. Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
The right to be provided of minimum amount of food which an individual must eat daily.
The right to be provided of safe place to sleep.
The right of patient to be transported to hospital to prevent a situation when a person in pain is left alone.
The right to be provided with the freedom of movement and residence and to use means of transportation.
The right to communicate with family, friends, others, or organizations to prevent disconnection of communication.
The right to be guaranteed of minimum educational opportunities for self-development and growth.
Individuals’ and organizations’ right to be provided of essential information regarding certain government, organization, product, or culture and participate for necessity.
VISION & MISSION
VISION
GBFC aims to advance global citizen society by supporting establishment of smart city guaranteeing Survival Human Rights through development of the Fourth Industrial Revolution blockchain-based technology, eradicate financial slavery system by ensuring financial sovereignty for the public based on common currency MobiDollar through blockchain distribution technology, and establish a culture in which every global citizen is happy by converting the existing ‘competition system’ to ‘contribution system’.
MISSION
1) Since GBFC supports establishment of blockchain-based financial payment infrastructure and cultivation of professional organizations, it will support respective cities’ conversion toward digital cryptocurrency.
2) GBFC will redistribute the wealth, improve welfare and provide policy supports to the developing countries by operating new advanced technologies that are applicable to our daily lives and the ‘value equivalence-based release’ system.
3) GBFC will achieve U.N. 2030 Agenda and the goals of ‘Zero-hunger’ & ‘No Poverty’ among 17 Sustainable Development Goals.
4) GBFC will strive to implement the policies for guaranteeing Survival Human Rights for all global citizens through Survival Money.

Blockchain Finance: MobiDollar
According to the report of Jean Ziegler in 2007, a special food rapporteur of UN Commission on Human Rights, earth can provide more than enough food for 12 billion population, but people who suffer from hunger and die still exist. And he pointed out that the problem is caused by our current social structure. Due to the U.N.‘s constant research and analytical development process, common area has been defined including international water, deep seafloor, the South Pole, the atmosphere and space which are outside of certain nations’ territories. And the concept of Principle of Common Heritage of Mankind: U.N. Convention on the Law of the Sea, Antarctic Treaty, Space Law and so on have been settled.
SMART CITY PROJECT

The Smart City project, a key project promoted by The Global Blockchain Finance Committee, is based on The MobiDollar system to help everyone live for the sake of one’s value, not Survival, ending hunger and poverty. The High-Level Financial Technology Committee and the High-Level Discharge Coordination Committee were held to ensure a transparent distribution and fair adjustment, and the ‘Survival Money System’ was made to solve the problems of starvation and poverty. MobiDollar cooperates with Professionals to share and exchange policies and through this process, it makes the policies well applied in those Metropolises. Exchanges must be made as collateral for tangible and intangible assets produced by the earth.

1. The pace of global population growth is accelerating rapidly. U.N. statistics expect that global population will reach 8.5 billion by 2030 and 11 billion by 2100. (provided by the U.N. Bureau of Economic and Social Affairs-DESA).
2. The majority of the world’s population is already moving around cities with various reasons and 64% of the population is expected to go around cities by 2030
3. The agency is expected to control the explosion of the population and improve the quality of life, while completing it through a decent human settlement system.
